Under GDPR (Articles 15-22) and CCPA, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. This page explains how.
What you can request
- Access — a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correction — fix any inaccuracies.
- Deletion — erase your record entirely.
- Portability — receive your data in machine-readable JSON.
- Restriction — limit how we process your data.
- Objection — opt out of legitimate-interest processing.
How to ask
Email privacy@xcuro.com with:
- Your full name and the email / phone you used.
- What you want done (access / correction / deletion / export).
- If correction: the new values.
- A way to verify your identity (e.g. reply from the same email).
Response time
We respond within 30 days. We may extend by another 60 days for complex requests and will tell you why.
Cost
Free for the first request per year. Repeated or manifestly unfounded requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee, as permitted by GDPR Article 12(5).
