Op. Dr. Cem Altindag is the founder of The Nose Clinic in Istanbul and a senior ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon dedicated almost exclusively to nasal surgery. His clinic in Nişantaşı handles primary and revision rhinoplasty for both Turkish and international patients.

He spent the early 2000s as a consultant at Royal National ENT Hospital, Guy's & St. Thomas, and Lewisham University Hospital in London, and has performed over 5,000 rhinoplasty procedures.
